A New Direction...

I have been in prayer for some time now about what God wants me to do. I have been praying for direction. Although I always make this part of my prayers, I feel He is leading. At first I thought it was this blog. I know He still wants me to write these, but I'm not sure why. But there is something more. Do I know where I am to go, or for what purpose, what direction, or what I am supposed to do? No, not a clue. That is part of our Christian walk. Looking to the Lord for His direction.
Psalms 32:8 says "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you." As His children, we are called by Him. That direction, that calling is only known through prayer and reading His word. Seeking His counsel. I tend to want to talk to others about their ideas and perspectives. This is not a bad thing if I first turn to God, listen to His voice, and wait for the Lord to lead.
I am finding myself in a time where, other than my husband, I don't exactly feel I can talk to others about this feeling, this uncertainty. There are so many reasons for this. I know I will continue to pray and wait patiently on the Lord. Well, as patiently as I can.
