Seeking Him

This is an agave plant called Americana Marginata. It is over 30 years old. It didn’t start out this size. It started from a small root that nourished and grew. It doesn’t need much of anything to keep it thriving. It can survive in a dry thirsty ground.
I, on the other hand, seek Him. I am the total opposite of this plant. I need constant nourishment. I not only need this, I can’t thrive without it. I know in order to live, I have to seek Him. That
Jeremiah 29:13: "You will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart". Psalm 27:4, “One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life.” I find as I get older, this has become my plea. I want to seek Him. I want to be in the center of His will, and when He is ready, I want to be in His house.
